In fact, you’d be surprised of how it would help you wake up on the right side of the bed. Furthermore, studies argue that the morning might just be the best time to actually have sex.
Why Is Morning Sex Important to Start The Day Right?
Morning sex is important and beneficial for you in order to start your day on the right foot. As psychologists suggest, what you do first thing in the morning affects your entire day. Furthermore, your brain is primed through that. A study confirmed that your hormones levels highly affect your libido. Therefore, estrogen and testosterone levels are at their peak in the morning, which naturally primes your body for sex.

You can definitely set the alarm 10 minutes earlier few mornings, to leave some time for fun.
