The Symptoms of Orgasm Headaches
It’s true that sex headaches are more common among men than women. However, they are both strongly related to sexual activity. This means that you don’t get the headache for finishing, but rather for an ”intense workout”. Moreover, lowering the physical activity before having an orgasm my result in less pain.

Unfortunately, there is no magical pill that can make them disappear. However, reducing physical activity before an orgasm can help. Of course, avoiding the orgasm all in all would stop the pain, but how willing are you to do that?
